Ex deputy PM Rodrigo Rato is not out of trouble yet

The ex minister for the economy, Rodrigo Rato who was also the ex director of the International Monetary Fund, seems to have been caught out again.  The national fraud investigation office has discovered undeclared income of over 14 million euros.

This refers to the years 2004 to 2015, and implies that Rato failed to pay some 6.9 million euros of tax during all these years, except for 2005.   Rato also became deputy prime minister in 2003.
